Don’t live in the Chicago area? Can’t get a sitter or get out of the house? Traveling? If you have a webcam I can get Pilates to you. I can see, correct, and guide you and you can see me for demos. If you have your own Pilates equipment or want a mat class with or without props in the comfort of your own home or destination by a highly qualified Pilates instructor, Pilates without Borders is for you. To set up appointment send an email via the contact page and be sure to enter your Skype user name. Once we confirm session I will call you at the appointed time via Skype. Sessions are payable via pay pal below.
Introductory Price
1/2 hour session = $25
1 hour session = $50.
