"I love running, but was sidelined a year ago or so with a bulging disk in my lower back. Physical therapy started my healing, but it was not until I got into pilates with Laurel that I felt like I could get back on the path to running. I'm back to running a few days a week and getting stronger all the time. Pilates has strengthened my core and I feel like I can say I actually have good posture now. I have carried stress in my shoulders for years, and Laurel is constantly working with me to loosen up that tightness and she has. I've never felt better. I can run, I have abdominal strength, my shoulder tightness is subsiding and my headaches are far & few between. I completely recommend seeing Laurel." - Lauren B.
